About Judy
Judy Taylor is a Reiki Master Teacher as well as a Reiki Drumming Practitioner. She currently works with Hartford Hospital's Intergrative medicine department as a Reiki Volunteer providing reiki sessions to patients throught the hospital. |

She also is a reiki Practitioner for a Reiki Research Study at Hartford Hospital. She attends workshops and training sessions for other healing modalities and has a private Reiki Practice in her home.
Judy's passion for rhythm and drumming has led her on a path to study or attend workshops with hand drumming masters such as Babatunde Olatunji, Randy Crafton, Ubaka Hill, Bob Bloom, Abdollye Sylla and others. And has attended Unity With a Beat facilitation training with Barry Bernstein, MT-BC, and TaKeTiNa Rhythm For Life with Reinhard Flatischler. Her desire to share her learnings manifests in the drum circles and rhythm healing events she facilitates.
The Art Studio
In addition to her Reiki and Drumming practice, Judy is a Watercolor Artist, a doting grandmother, traveller, and lifelong learner. She has studied water color with many over the years including Joyce Hawk, Cape Cod, Ma. Terry Oakes Bourret, Durham, Ct, Robert Noreika, Wethersfield, Ct.. She has taken courses at CCSU as well.
Her water color works and prints are displayed at Healing Hands Studio in Glastonbury, Connecticut as well as many private collections accross the US and St Maarten, DWI, NA. If you are ever in St. Maarten you must dine at Antoine's Resturant on Front Street in Phillipsburg, Where her trip tyck of the beach in front of Antoine's is displayed over the bar. |
